Historically, contract labor search was very decentralized, with each of the military departments and agencies of the sources of the employment contract individually. Contract labor services, usually prepared by a small business with a big, national (and the world) has recognized companies that make up a small part of the total costs. Large enterprises, however, can potentially provide DOD contract labor services at a lower price. Continuing sales contract workers from small businesses, DOD will spend more money than you need, in effect, taking money from the general budget, which could have been used to support the troops.
