This case requires students to develop an understanding of (1) the nature of the various business events, and (2) how such events affect reported cash flows of the company's net assets, assets and net income. It's not require consideration of the recording and publishing of journal entries, so it makes it possible for management-oriented point of view focused on an important question: "How does this event affect my financial profile?"
