Six months before, he was hired by a competitor for the development of the market in the fast-growing south-east region. He was appointed to Atlanta to grow that business. As it turned out, our goal was not the market, but with his boss, Bill, Southeast Regional Director. The case describes the experience of working with Bill Ned and Ned's analysis of how to handle the situation.
