The owner of a little home and garden store in Chaguanas, Trinidad is confronted with falling sales and the recent entry of a competition offering similar products at competitive costs. To be able to compete, he's thinking of enlarging his business to capitalize on emerging opportunities, for example the demand for landscaping services by wealthy professionals and moving to a bigger place. He is doubtful how his present customers would counter to this type of move and is considering what kind of promotion actions he should participate in to make sure the business's long term survival.
