This exercise directs pupils to examine a customer-centric business by first understanding the components that characterize a customer-centric organization, subsequently by comparing and getting this company's approach to customer- centricity. Students interview three levels in the organization-CEO corporate unit degree, leadership amount, and frontline/customer-facing employee amount.
