In 2003, at the height of unrest industry and company specific issues, Stefano Natella was named Global Head of Equity Research at Credit Suisse. Over the six-year period, Natella implemented and refined a new methodology for equity research analyst estimates, both individually and as a collective unit. Natella system known as the "Scorecard" has also been used as a basis for compensation, hiring and promotion analytics.
