In the 21st century unfolds, the lone creators of new ideas are becoming increasingly rare as teams and large groups within the organization become the dominant mode by which progress will be achieved in most countries of the world. Accordingly, management scientists have been turning their attention to organizational creativity. One such form of creativity, improvisation work "includes both the identification of new problems and generating responses in almost no time to prepare. To facilitate improvisational creativity, to gain knowledge and experience to work freely without having to purchase a domain and lack of novelty, which is often accompanies increased expertise.
