Steven Rogers always thought that one day he would like to deal with one or both of his daughters. Like his elder daughter, Akilah, finished her last semester at Harvard Business School, she told Rogers that she would like to establish with him the Chicago real estate business, which included the purchase, Rehabbing and rental homes in Englewood and South Shore neighborhood of Chicago.
