CPSim2 is one of the most important Simulator path that runs under MS Windows. Participants use the simulator for the construction management of automated factory - a complicated, 43-project activities, which should be completed in 107 days, if the punishment should be avoided. As project manager, students should make an effective compromise between the costs incurred by a failure (CB) activities as well as financial penalties for late completion. Unforeseen delays and acceleration occur during the project that require a timely response. Although they appear "random", each user is exposed to a simulator of the same events in the course of the project. This allows interventions and strategies in comparison within the class and between classes. CPSim2 supports the display of the current UCS network project and the critical path (s) and work pants. The time required to perform the exercise is controlled CPSim2, and does not exceed 60 minutes. This product provides the student with instruction on the course of simulation.; The software itself is available from the site license for an additional annual license fee (product 7B06D002) - contact Ivey Publishing for pricing and distribution of information "Hide
