Globalization of Human Resource Management (HRM) has led to some general changes in International HRM practices. At first glance, it indicates the degree of convergence. Deeper examination, however, reveals a different picture. Many of the differences in HRM are due to a number of limiting factors, ranging from economic development stages of business strategy, national culture, mentality and fixed enterprise.
