In the 2006 election cycle, Dan Silver was challenging the popular 26-year acting for the U.S. Congress seat in the 19th electoral district in the state of Florida. To win the election, Silver had to find a way to relate to their constituents on a personal level. Silver campaign manager advised him to work with the consulting firm connection CNR.
