The characteristics that are commonly found in successful teams are: (1) they achieve their performance targets, (2) their members feel satisfied they are learning/gaining from truly being a part of the team, and (3) the procedure the team uses to collaborate sets it up for future success. Recent research, however, suggests that 25% teams fulfill these standards.
The remaining teams commonly experience less-than-ideal processes as well as a decline in operation or gratification. This note investigates what are the team’s weaknesses, the techniques and conflicts that can assist and hurt a team, how team can use the benefits and limit the liabilities of conflict.
