CoCubes.com, (CoCubes) an entrepreneurial firm, instituted a paradigm change in the way campus recruiting occurred in India. In a paradoxical environment of the high availability of a formally educated yet not easily employable talent pool in a growing market, CoCubes offered unique value propositions to its double set of customers (schools and businesses).
It was crucial for CoCubes to effectively manage participation with all the recruiting companies and try to modify their mindset involving recruitment from non-recognized, non-premier institutes. Conventionally, faculties haven't paid to get their students placed. Getting schools to see the value in this and to pay for it was critical for CoCubes to succeed and grow in the face of raising competition.
