Coach U is a virtual training firms offer "coaching" of individuals, groups and corporations through teleclasses held by conference call. Coaching is a relatively new style of management that can detect targets and activities aimed at achieving particular career or personal life goals and objectives. Coach U succeeded in providing coaching services in the United States, but would like to get into Asia. The prevailing attitude of government, particularly in Asia, focused on control, order, and respect the fact that people become objectified, measured, and consumed. Coach U approach and content rooted in the American style of management, which is a problem when applied to the Asian market.
