Roy Williams, head basketball coach at the University of Kansas men's faces an important decision. The recent resignation of the coach at the University of North Carolina (UNC) had led to the suggestion that Williams, a graduate of UNC, will be named as its new coach. Williams was actually offered a job as head of coaching at the University of North Carolina in 2000, but he refused to stay in Kansas. However, circumstances have changed dramatically over the last three years, making the impending decision becomes much more complicated. Recently, Williams became increasingly frustrated the boss, whose philosophy in college athletics sharply differed from his own. Meanwhile, UNC, institutions with unprecedented success story of college basketball, suffered several disappointing season and was looking for a new leader to restore the program to its original status. For Williams, the opportunity to return to his beloved alma mater, and to save the program from the recent troubles was electrifying and humility, but this was compensated by his deep devotion to Kansas. Williams knew that the upcoming championship game will be difficult, but he acknowledged that paled in comparison to the decision he will have to do after the game.
