The non-profit organization Cleveland Clinic has been a great performer in the industry of healthcare by providing high quality treatment services to their patients and considering their health as their first priority. This was the reason why all the departments of this clinic had been placed in top ten category. There had been a revolution in the treatment of heart patients by reducing the excessive blood loss, recovery time and the reduction of to a three inch incision. Unluckily, due to the diversification in the interest of the clinic management in innovating new things, the clinic had faced many problems in the expansion of business, poor quality of the services they provide to their patients and most importantly the financial state of the organization which was considered as a serious matter of concern. Therefore, in comparison to manufacturing industries and the clinics there were a lot of differences in implementing different approaches which could be overcome by focusing on their targets and reduction in unnecessary actions.
