CityCenter is a $ 9 billion project MGM Mirage. Stars of the architects have serious disagreements over the critical design problem. Bill Smith, head of MGM MIRAGE Design, would solve the problem to the satisfaction of all stakeholders of the project. This case is a lot of issues in the construction of large scale buildings: how to imagine such a project, how to manage the architects as different design adds value, and what criteria the issue in resolving the dispute between the designers.
