Communication is the most important thing that changes the environment of the place. The first conversation between frank and tom

The first communication that took place betweenFrank and Tom was through an email. The email was sent by Frank to Tom that was regarding the client’s meeting and the remarks given by Frank were both good and bad. The email said to Tom that the meeting went well and he did a good job however, he also said that he should have done better than this, which can be considered as a criticism to Tom. Moreover, Tom was reminded about his responsibilities that he should be more up to date about the market strategies.

The second conversation

The second conversation took place between Frank and Tom when Frank entered Tom’s office. Frank asked Tom whether he was taking a break as Tom was not doing anything and was just thinking of something without even knowing. Somehow the behavior of Frank seems to be a criticizing behavior as he is always saying something, which can make another person angry. However,Tom replied casually to Frank that he was thinking about the project and how to make it competitive as the business may be affected negatively if the project is not made competitive.Frank further asked about the email and asked for the answer from Tom and he replied that he will work better.
The third interaction
The third interaction took place when Tom entered the meeting room late and the meeting had already started. Frank was glad that Tom made it. This was a sarcastic statement passed by Frank during the meeting, which is a bit insulting as Tom entered late and Frank did not even ask Tom what was the reason of him coming late to the meeting.

During the meeting

During the meeting,Frank and Tom were in conversation as Frank was not so impressed by the comments of Tom. Moreover, Frank suggested to Tom to consider the hotel and car rental market as the revenues can be increased by considering these markets and as Frank was the senior in the company and had a major experience with the company therefore, he was quite right about his work.

Frank also sarcastically said that Tom should focus in the market strategy more as his project will not go anywhere if he concentrates more on the market strategy. Later on, Frank again said that he should be focusing on the market strategy. Frank also suggested that the hotels and car rental markets will provide more revenues if Tom focuses on it.

Frank finished the conversation by saying that Tom should consider 15% revenues from the Eastern region and he himself said that they should move on without asking for anyone’s advice.This shows that Frank had an authoritative style of leadership................
