CEO Decision-making at Prairie Health Services Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case is based around a major predicament -owned the administrators: What might be done to reduce multiple billings and other redundancies among the four divisions of the organization of Prairie Health Service? The administrators' goal was to implement an integrated records management system that would streamline the billing and registration processes for efficacy and timeliness thus raising, along with reducing financial losses.

The records management software package chosen by the CEO was inadequate for the job, while this was a fiscally responsible aim for the organization. The CEO appeared to be basing his choice decision on the personal relationship he had developed from one of the software firms with sales representatives instead of listen to the recommendations of his department administrators who'd spent significant time studying possible software.
