Based on many years of field research in several domestic enterprises established firms, this article highlights the main problems faced by innovations from concept to commercialization. The main difficulties in creating innovations arise from the five key dilemmas encountered in the search, seizure, and then methodically navigate creative spark through the maze and haze of large organizations. To systematically address these dilemmas, the company should seek to integrate their innovation efforts.
