Threat of New Entrant:
Due to the high market competitiveness and the presence of leading players with almost equal market share other than Andrews serve as the key barrier for the new entrants. Similarly, the entrance in the manufacturing market requires high investment and advanced technological use to meet the demand of the consumers. Therefore, the threat of new entrants is moderate.
Threat of New Substitute:
The threat of a new substitute is high. This is due to the probability of other competitors introducing low-priced Acre sensors. As the consumers prefer low-priced products that range from $15-$25. Therefore, the availability of cheap products in the market would lead to the consumer switch to other brands despite the low-switching cost.

Differentiation:
Considering the product prices or Andrews and the growth rate of the market segment, the organization is recommended to focus on product differentiation. As the growth rates of performance, size, and high-end segments are 19.8 percent, 18.3 percent, and 16.2 percent respectively. Thus, the organization is recommended to focus on the high-performance, high reliability, and cutting-edge size technology under the current price range of the products i.e. $25-35. (Tanwar, 2013)
Cost-Leadership:
As Aft represents improved performance i.e. 9.2 and size i.e. 14.5 higher among all other products. The organization should increase its focus on the production and sales of Aft. Therefore, improving the focus on the quality, performance, and size under the affordable price range would allow the organization to increase its sales leading to significant improvement in the organizational performance through the provision of a competitive advantage. This will also allow the organization to pursue the strategy of sustainable cost-leadership leading to a cost advantage among all the players in the market.
