Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In March 2005, the Vice President and chief operating officer of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA), was making judgment about how to best exploit the business intelligence (BI) system that CATSA had executed. From its conception in 2002, CATSA had formed an organizational structure with an exceeding 200 managers managing officers.

In the month of June 2003, a BI solution was formed and, in 2004, the option was established. The vice-president wanted to know whether his team manage and could anticipate the changes that the new BI system would activate.
