Padraic Kelly became the managing director (MD) engineering services firm Buro Happold in 1996. One of his first initiatives "aim for growth," which was intended to help the company move beyond its current size, where it was limited to the structure of having each of the founding partners of the firm, is responsible for a group of 25-30 engineers.
