Browns Lobster Pounds Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Presents the dilemma faced by one of the largest wholesalers in the lobster fishing village of Vinalhaven, Maine. Lobster prices were the lowest in the last months of the year to lobsters migrated to deeper waters, and it was hard to catch, but quickly raised yearly highs in March. Owner Bob Brown recently bought three pounds of lobster, which together raised to 180,000 pounds of lobster.
