Bridge International was established as a for-profit social business to deal with the educational needs of poor kids in Africa in the year 2007. Ten schools were operational in Kenya by 2010. The strategy was to franchise almost 3,000 schools all over Africa. The case is meant to converse the challenges of scaling.
