This case substantiates the entrepreneurial process of an Argentinean Canadian who founded a new international enterprise based on the demand of Vancouver businesses of Argentinean nationals for foreign internships and for international human resource management services and vocational training. Students are going to learn about the entrepreneur's foundation and how it influenced his chance recognition and organization of resources.
Students will also learn about fiscal, private, and social changes and business model assessment.
