While on vacation in Memphis, a former investment manager Andy Wilson discovers a unique "bus" that travels by land and water. He decided to move to Boston and the concept of adding historical and theatrical opportunities for amphibious tour. As he tries to start a Boston Duck Tours, Wilson must figure out how to organize and finance the new venture. Problems seem insurmountable.
