The co-owners felt that Bei Capelli had arrived at capability at their current place, and wanted to come up with a strategy.
Kristoffer Consulting was looking at new services to raise the fiscal performance of Bei Capelli, new places, and growth strategies ranging from franchising. The report was due the last week of January, as well as the team was trying to ascertain what advice they should gather from the owners to complete their investigation. The team has some challenging client problems and company ethics issues.
