Babbitt ranch Council formally adopted a constitution to guide the future of the family business. Babbitt ranch was a fourth-generation, 122 year-old family-owned company with a large land holdings in the state of Arizona. Board of the company recognized the responsibilities and obligations of institutional, environmental, economic and social values in some final criteria in the new constitution. The Constitution also strengthened family heritage, telling philosophy is designed to direct the processes of interaction and decision-making. Several business opportunities are currently being considered by the Council, which can be evaluated using the framework provided by the Constitution. Challenge Billy Cordasco, president of the company, has been put in place to assess the constitution of the current set of opportunities and ensure the constitution was used as a "touchstone" for a firm decision on a permanent basis.
