Interpretation

Table 7 of the document shows that at the 0.05 level of significance the P- value is 0.000 which is lower than the 5 percent significance level and provides the statistically significantly strong evidences to reject null hypothesis ultimately to accept alternate hypothesis which states that the Psychological ownershipwill have a relationship to organizational citizenship behaviors but the correlation found between these two variables is 0.599 which shows that the relationship existsalso it has the positive one, so, it can be concluded that the Psychological ownershipwill have a positive relationship to organizational citizenship behaviors.

Mediation:

By using the Baron and Kenny’s (1986) procedure in order to test the mediation effects, the relationship between Psychological ownership and dark or toxic leadership, and the Psychological ownership, dark or toxic leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors aresmall at R = 0.199 and the strong at R = 0.662 respectively,which provides the pieces of evidence that complete mediation should hold because it gives better result than partial mediation.
