In March 2010, the owner of Anita Norris Model Management (ANMM) tried to make out the strategic direction of the best way to serve the growth of the company. Its fast growth in the last two years was due to the efforts of the owners to pursue every opportunity, a revenue stream that presented themselves. The owner was concerned that this pace was unsustainable in the long term and will actually stretch the business is too thin.
