(AL) Allegheny Ludlum Technical Vice President Jack Shilling task is to determine how to allocate engineering resources of the five areas of technology. Technology of the AL has great strategic importance and was therefore intact staffing companies and policies to reduce overhead costs. Schilling should anticipate and prepare for the meeting, or explore the competitive threats and market opportunities, as he prepares to make his decision on the allocation. Schilling is also considering the following questions: What are the engineering skills he should look for new employees? Is the current system of planning optimal?
