We aim to be a premium provider of IT Security and Computer Forensics Services and Consultancy through providing efficient IT solutions and services that will allow our clients to focus on their core activities instead of worrying about security threats and system vulnerabilities. Our forensic services will focus on providing a comprehensive analysis to the clients through cutting edge technology, this will help them in making legal cases in instances of cyber-attacks.
We aim to work for our clients, both remotely and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely response in case of a cyber-attack. Our remote assistance will allow us to expand our customer base to a wider geographical area than is otherwise possible. Indeed, we have some established competitors in the market but we believe that with technology, expertise and efficient management, we can establish ourselves in the market by being recognized as high quality service providers.
Our management will be functionally segregated and we will try to be inclusive in our decision making process to not only gain valuable insight from our team’s input, but to make them feel a sense of ownership in the company. In order to achieve our organizational objectives and make our organization profitable, we aim to use a diverse range of marketing strategies aimed at attracting both, individuals and organizations. Our marketing model will use tools like content marketing, email marketing, webinars and paid campaigns as promotional activities to attract customers and for establishing solid revenue streams.
We estimate that we will require around $214,000 for initial startup which includes both, the coverage of operational expenses for 6 months and the initial one-time expenses and capital expenditures. We believe that our business will achieve breakeven in the sixth month of operations.
