A Tale of Two Managers Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This short case is intended as a vehicle educators can use to introduce cases to a direction or leadership course and to start a discussion about what organizational effectiveness resembles. Students must use the information provided to inform the boards of these teams about whether the two managers deserve to be fired.

Information in the first part of the case provides information about team operation (wins and losses), manager popularity, and other factors that influence views on effectiveness.
