By comprehending the broader impacts of any intervention and understanding how the current system is ordered, leaders can make more impactful and enduring transformation to their organizations.
Any framework is only as great as the assumptions which are baked into it. Normally the data required to answer the questions in this framework are not readily known; therefore, leaders must be open to using methodologies like interviewing, ethnography, focus groups, and conversations to solicit these data from key stakeholders.
