Alan B. Earl joined FedEx Express, predecessor FedEx Corp, in 1980 as a senior financial analyst and held various management positions in the finance department during his tenure with FedEx. His current responsibilities include oversight of global corporate finance functions, including financial planning, treasury, tax, accounting and control, internal audit and corporate development. Earl is responsible for the financial activities of major corporations operating companies, and serves on the Executive Committee of FedEx Corporation, which is responsible for planning and implementing strategic activities FedEx Corporation.
