MTR Corporation Limited, the semi-privatized rail companies in Hong Kong, has been transformed from a local moving company to become a global player. Despite the proven properties of the model railway MTR in Hong Kong, the company faced with a new set of economic, cultural, regulatory and operational challenges abroad, particularly in China and Europe, where it is expanding into.
