The purpose of this case, to enable students to: identify the main characteristics (in terms of project management) large-scale project ERP; define the criteria that should inform the selection of a project manager (in relation to the nature and characteristics of the project), to better understand the role and potential contribution of consultants this context, and identify solutions to overcome the difficulties that arise in connection with the project management. This case will help students better understand the issues involved in choosing a project manager. It will also allow them to study the role of different stakeholders, in particular, that the external consultants in relation to the management approach chosen for the project.
