GFS-China is a joint venture between Industries Standard (Standard) of the United States and good enterprise Fortune (Good Fortune) of China. A joint venture for the production of various automotive heating, ventilation and air conditioning units. Two weeks after the GFS-China began to work, President of luck stopped the joint venture and the joint venture will not allow the general manager of the plant. Fortune wrote a letter to the president in the standard, and demanded that the joint venture general manager be replaced. After several meetings and communication between the partners, it was decided that a new CEO will be appointed, and the general manager will come from the standard. Steve Parker, the default manager, who was working in China Asia Pacific purchasing manager for Standard HVAC, was asked whether he would interim CEO in GFS-China. Now is the time to Parker to decide whether he should accept the position, and, if so, what does he have to do to get the joint venture in the right direction.
