Moolani Foundation Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Non-profit organization with the microfinance institution will send students from the business school to teach entrepreneurship in Third World countries: Kenya, India and South Africa. The case requires students to develop a fairly simple cash budget and consider the sensitivity analysis based on fluctuations in currency exchange rates. Students are introduced to the concept of microfinance as an effective tool for improving the socio-economic status of entrepreneurs in the third world. Students are encouraged to think about the issues in obtaining sponsorship for-profit enterprise.
