Everyone loves humor. In the workplace, it can provide benefits such as stress relief, team association, employee motivation, idea generation, and the disappointment of diffusion through ventilation. Despite these positive aspects, it should be emphasized that the humor in this context has disadvantages as well. For example, humor can distract us from the job at hand, it hurts our credibility or insult in a wider variety of options.
