Not all groups are teams. This statement, of course, refers to the training team in this case study. Tony Marshall, the second year the team mentor, witness the interaction with the team last night confirmed that he is suspected. Only three weeks after the first year of the MBA program in high school name, team teaching (LT) is in trouble. From my own experience last year, Marshall knew that a first-class training team made a huge positive difference in the first year student. The result was also true, bad or difficult LT experience can ruin the whole experience of financial and schools. Although Marshall wanted to help, he just was not sure how to do it.
