Models of Innovation: Startups and Mature Corporations Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The innovation process is done in two ways - corporate models and entrepreneurship. Corporations have many competitive advantages, which they can use to succeed against startups. In one-on-one contest, the launch is usually less capital, fewer scientists and engineers than the legality or brand presence, less strategic alliances, develop organizational structures, and incomplete or even nonexistent business processes. Young firms have an obligation to novelty and small, so they can not be at a higher rate than their larger competitors and older.
