LesConcierges Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Linda Jenkinson, chairman and chief executive officer of luxury personal services, LesConcierges (LC), hung up after checking her voice mail in July 2007. She had just received a message from Randy Haykin, angel investor and board member who participated in a series C round Jenkinson, which recently raised. After the initial "honeymoon", she began Haykin disagreement on domestic issues, most recently on whether to hire interim CFO while the company took time to DC candidate. Jenkinson began to doubt Chaikin was the best choice for the board, and if there was anything she could do to work with it more effectively.
