Introduction

With the boost of industries in the different sectors, the labor force has also been raised. It is anticipated that the depression will rise to about 15% of the total diseases after the ischemic heart disease (6). Australian National Survey indentified that the only 35% patients of CMDs are able to recognize their conditions and tend to get a treatment for them. In New Zealand, about 58% of the people get intensive depression, of which only 36.5% intend to look for treatment (8).

Literature Reviews

Harvey et al. (2014) have examined the development of mental health at the workplace. For the purpose of the study, a method of reviewing literature was used. Furthermore, a model was prepared to evaluate the variables related to mental health of the employees at the workplace. The variables that are identified for study and that are most relevant to the circumstances were the design of the job, factors including team/group, conflicts at Home/work and organizational factors. It has been evaluated in the study, that the design of the job and management and work should be minimized in order to reduce the harm. It has also evaluated that there should be the encouragement of protective factors like teamwork development, promotion of interventions that are based on team, improvement in organizational justice, and leadership training. Its personal reliance has also been highlighted through the study. It includes training for dealing with stress through techniques that prove the effects accurately, monitoring, and controlling and the physical activity training of the physical workplace. The study has also demonstrated the management of stress and handling with it before its arrival. For example, provide help to others in order to get the benefit of the others' help in the hectic period. It has also evaluated that there should be the appropriate implementation of the policies that can help employees to recover from the mental illness. One more major aspect has been evaluated, that is the significant part of mental illness; it is the condition of stigma. The stigma should also be restricted in the organizations using appropriate behaviors in the environment of any organization thus; it will bring the drastic result to the mental health of the employees.
