New York City Audubon Society Case Solution
Thegreatest chapter of National Audubon, was NYCAS with a citywide membership of more than 10,000 members. Prior to 1993, NYCAS' services were supplied entirely by volunteers working in a committee structure, with the board composed mainly of committee chairmen. The nature of the organization transformed from focusing on bird conservation to more extensive environmental advocacy as it grew in size and sophistication.
