Is the "fair trade" is really fair? This case examines the concept, history and logistics fair trade movement, especially for coffee. The show began as an attempt to ensure that farmers receive fair compensation for their crops and credit when needed. The exhibition also provides an opportunity to help coffee producers learn best practices and sustainable agricultural practices (minimal damage to the environment, for example). But the show was his critics who claimed that in the end the farmers do not benefit and that retailers charged more for fair trade products and pocket the difference. This case addresses these issues through the eyes of a coffee drinker who specifically chose her place because caffeine fair trade designation.
