In this interview with the founder of the Institute CogNexus Jeff Conklin, he explains how our education and experience have prepared us to see and solve problems to tame, and therefore, as a consequence, the evil problem "to sneak up on us and create chaos. Conklin describes how organizations should take the fact that there are two different aspects of the strategic project - understanding the problem and the solution formulation. At each phase, different types of conversations should be woven together from the beginning to the end. He explains the concept of a common understanding and why it is so important for solving complex problems.
