The MBA Oath Initiative was, founded by HBS Class of 2009, Max Anderson. The oath was a voluntary assurance "to create value responsibly and ethically." A team of students and faculty and Anderson worked to establish the first MBA Pledge Ceremony conducted on campus during Harvard commencement week.
