Going ahead, its two primary tactical challenges are: 1) determining how much to rely on partnerships with big retailers for increase; 2) deciding whether to prolong as a "merchant," i.e., purchasing and reselling goods (and thereby taking stock risk), or to transform itself into a "two-sided platform" connecting sellers and buyers without taking inventory risk.
